- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience in an employment background
- JD from an accredited school
- Strong employment law knowledge

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Case Management
- Preparation of motions oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings
- Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses
- Prepare/Respond to written discovery.
- Assessment of damages claims.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association and good standing
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- A commitment to upholding ethical standards in all legal practices
Salary Range: $115,000.00 to $170,000.00/year
