Accounting Clerk – TalentZok

Immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk in San Jacinto, CA who possesses:
- 1-3 years of accounting dept experience (a/p preferred)
- Quickbooks Desktop, MS Word and Excel
- Retail bookkeeping and/or POS experience

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable processing
- Backup A/R and preliminary reporting
- Daily POS close-out and weekly banking/errands
- ACH, credit card, and monthly loan payment processing
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining files
- Credit application review as needed
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Retail bookkeeping or accounting experience helpful
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Salary Range: $18.00 to $22.00/hour
