Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Associate will interact with the Commercial Team at all levels and will have responsibility for operational administrative tasks. They will be a critical part of the Team and will work collaboratively with all departments to meet and exceed operational initiatives and revenue goals. They will provide the highest quality of department communication and timely execution.
Description of Duties:
- Assist Director and VP with all operational cross functional initiatives.
- Execute Commercial agendas, schedule meetings and meeting notes.
- Operational Excel reporting, metrics, and goals.
- Provide clear, professional communications with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of all process, process mapping.
- Commercial team file management.
- Assist with Commercial client PowerPoints needed for clients or presentations.
- Wordsmithing, proof reading and copy editing.
- Commercial event management, invites, travel and booking support.
- Commercial expenses support.
- Commercial SOP and Master Control management.
- Commercial client contract and legal document support.
- Manage customer complaints
Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and best business practices and process.
Job Qualifications:
- Required: BS or higher in life science or 3 years' experience.
- Preferred: 2 + years life science industry experience in sales, operations, or marketing and advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
