Account Manager - Defense Search
OVERVIEW

Immediate opening for an Account Manager in Whippany, NJ who possesses:
- 3+ years of experience in a role that focuses on interaction with customers, purchase order processing, contract administration, logistics, order entry, and/or order book management.
- Willingness to travel 50% or greater is required
- Strong computer skills with MS Office, databases, and knowledge of ERP systems are required; experience with IFS is a plus.
- Knowledge of defense contracts, processes, procedures, and aviation equipment is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Discipline is preferred.

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Primary point of contact with customers
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer engagement
- Facilitating Support with quotes, purchase orders, order status, contractual issues, etc.
- Drive proposals, customer meetings, and general communications, both internal and external.
- Close collaboration with the cross functional team between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance/back-office teams
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Prior experience in a role that focuses on interaction with customers, purchase order processing, contract administration, logistics, order entry, and/or order book management.
- Knowledge of Aerospace products, MRO, aircraft maintenance, or aircraft parts manufacturing is preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000/year
